Join us for an inclusive space to give fitness a go. We’ve got a Personal Trainer on-site to guide you through workouts, perfect your form, and craft personalized workout plans for your fitness journey at home. All our sessions are inclusive and supportive with separate designated areas for each gender to make you feel comfortable learning and working out. Additionally, if you’re interested, you can also try your hand at boxing during our sessions.

This summer we are excited to announce that you will finish this camp with a PE Skills award something great for your CV, you must attend at least 4 sessions to work towards this- this can be across Henbury and Bristol Free School

As a bonus, learn how to prepare high-protein, easy, and nutritious meals that fuel your body. Whether you drop in or prefer to book your spot online, we’ve got you covered!
